Student Volunteers

MOCO 2022 (Chicago, IL) would like to offer students the opportunity to be part of an international conference on computation, media art, performance and movement as student volunteers. Student Volunteers will have the opportunity to attend the conference, engage with the many international contributors, and get behind-the-scenes experience in the setup and organisation of an academic event. It is a fantastic opportunity to meet people, make friends, and build your professional network.

Benefits:

  • Free registration to the conference (it covers conference fees, but not travel or accommodation expenses).
  • An opportunity to network with other students and leading researchers.
  • Hands-on experience in behind-the-scenes event management and organisation.

What will I need to do?

  • Attend an orientation session before the conference.
  • Show up on time to assigned tasks (likely 2-3).
